What You Get

Every engagement includes a fully hosted, professionally built business website, plus ongoing digital marketing support — Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and general online presence management — so your site keeps working for you long after launch.

Once your site is live, you get two free hours every month for maintenance, content updates, and SEO tuning, included automatically in your monthly rate. Need more than that in a given month? Extra work is billed at a straightforward $100/hour, and always with your sign-off first — you'll never be surprised by an invoice.

Simple, Transparent Pricing

There's no setup fee, no onboarding charge, and no upfront cost to get your website built and launched — $0 to start.

From there, it's one flat, predictable rate: $250 per month for hosting, maintenance, and ongoing SEO — no surprise line items. Billing runs on the same calendar day each month as your very first payment, so it's easy to track.

If a payment doesn't go through, you get a full 30-day grace period to sort it out before anything changes — see Section 6 for exactly how that's handled.

Referral rewards that keep paying off

Refer another business that signs on, and you may receive a promotional credit toward your monthly bill. Here's the best part: even in a month where a referral credit fully covers your Service Fee, that month still counts as a full paid month toward your buyout — your $125 buyout discount keeps stacking up automatically, as long as your account is otherwise in good standing.

Ownership & Your Path to Full Buyout

You already own everything that makes your brand yours: your domain name, your logos, trademarks, photography, and any text you provide. That never changes, from day one.

The website's design, code, and underlying architecture are built and maintained by us during your active subscription — think of it as a premium, all-inclusive license that comes bundled with hosting, maintenance, and SEO, so you never have to think about servers, updates, or security patches yourself.

And unlike a typical hosting arrangement, you're never locked in for good. You can buy full, outright ownership of your website at any time — and every month you stay subscribed makes that buyout cheaper.

The Buyout Option

Starting price: $4,000. Every consecutive month of active, paid service knocks $125 off the price — automatically, with no extra paperwork.

Reach Month 32 and the website is yours automatically — free and clear, no buyout payment required at all. As a thank-you for building a long-term partnership with us, your ongoing hosting, marketing, and maintenance rate also drops permanently to just $175/month from that point forward.

Whenever you exercise the buyout — early or at Month 32 — we hand over a complete, unencrypted copy of your website files, code, and database within 5 business days, and we'll cooperate fully if you'd like to migrate to another host. Choose to migrate and your monthly fee simply stops.

Content & Photography

Anything you supply — your logo, brand assets, photos, and copy — stays 100% yours, always. We just ask that you confirm you have the rights to anything you hand us to publish, so both of our businesses stay protected from any third-party claims.

To help your site look its best from day one, we also include professional landscape photography from our own curated library. It's yours to use exclusively across your website and business materials for as long as you're an active client. Exercise the buyout, and that license upgrades automatically to a perpetual, royalty-free license — including social media use — as part of your ownership package.

Full Domain Freedom, Always

Your domain is yours, period. You're always free to point, redirect, or transfer it to another host or platform whenever you like, with no penalty and no runaround. If you ever want to disconnect from our servers, just say the word and we'll release it within 10 business days.

Staying Online, Even in a Pinch

Life happens — a card expires, a payment slips through the cracks. That's why every account gets a full 30-day grace period after a missed payment. During that window, we keep your site live and secure with essential maintenance while things get sorted out.

If an account remains unpaid past that generous grace period, we'll switch the site to a simple "Maintenance Mode" splash page until billing is resolved, rather than any more drastic action. It's a light-touch safeguard designed to protect the relationship, not punish a temporary hiccup — and normal service resumes as soon as the account is current again.

Month-to-Month Flexibility

No long-term contract, no early-termination fee. Service runs month-to-month starting from your first payment, and you're free to cancel any time with written notice. Just let us know at least 7 days before your next billing date and you won't be charged for the following cycle.

If you cancel before completing a buyout, your site comes offline and your domain is yours to route wherever you'd like next — clean and simple. Anyone who has completed the Buyout Option, though, keeps their site and full ownership regardless of what happens to the subscription.
